2. What data we process and why

The website has no forms, does not use analytics tools, does not profile visitors and does not display advertisements. We do not use cookies.

When you visit the website, our hosting provider Cloudflare automatically processes technical data: your IP address, information about your browser and device (user agent), the time of your visit and the address of the page requested. This data is processed to deliver the website and keep it secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and is retained for the period set by Cloudflare's policies.

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message solely in order to reply to you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then until the limitation periods for any potential claims have expired.

The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as our processor. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Article 45 GDPR), in which Cloudflare participates, including the UK Extension for visitors from the United Kingdom. In addition, Cloudflare's data processing addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) GDPR). 3. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, and to restrict its processing. You also have the right to object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
